فن تزيين الخضار


ورد الخيار الصغير

ورد الخيار الصغير من مزينات الأطباق السهلة جدا و يستخدم بها قالب جاهز على شكل وردة و يمكن أن توضع الوردات الصغيرة في طرف الطبق أو حول الطعام في صحن التقديم كطريقة جديدة لتقديم الطعام بصورة شهيةالخطوة 1يوضع الخيار على لوح التقطيع ثم يقطع طرفه المحدب

الخطوة 2يقطع الخيار بطول 2 سنتيمتر تقريبا أو بأي طول مراد

الخطوة 3يوضع قالب جاهز على شكل وردة في منتصف الخيار مع مراعاة أن يكون القالب أصغر من قطر الخيار

الخطوة 4يضغط القالب نحو الأسفل حتى يدخل تماما في الخيار

الخطوة 5يزال القالب ثم يضفط بلطف في منتصف الخيار حتى يزال من القالب ثم يزين به ز كذلك يمكن التزيين بالخيار المفرغ

قارب الخيار من طرق التزيين السهلة و التي يمكن أن يتم تقديمها كمقبلات أو مع الشاي كما يمكن أن يتم ملئ القارب بأنواع مختلفة من الحشو كالتونة أو اللبنة أو أي نوع من السلطاتالخطوة 1يوضع الخيار على لوح التقطيع ثم يقطع طرفه المحدب

الخطوة 2يقطع الخيار بطول 5 سنتيمتر تقريباً

الخطوة 3يقطع الخيار عرضياً بسماكة 1 سنتيمتر

الخطوة 4مرة أخرى يقطع الخيار عرضياً و لكن بسماكة 5 مليمتر تقريبا لكن دون الوصول إلى النهاية

الخطوة 5يطوى الطرف الذي تم تقطيعه ثم يثبت بعود خلال في الطرف الآخر من الخيار كما في الشكل

الخطوة 6يفرغ الخيار و ذلك بنزع الحشو دون الوصول إلى الأطراف

الخطوة 8يتم تعبئة الخيار بالحشو المراد و تزيين عود الخلال بالزيتون أو حبات الكبر

الجزر الحلزوني طريقة التزيين هذه تعطي منظرا جميلاً للصحون فيمكن أن توضع شرائح الجزر الحلزوني حول أطباق المقبلات مما يضفي عليها جاذبيةالخطوة 1يقشر الجزر ثم يوضع على لوح التقديم

الخطوة 2تستخدم مقشرة الجزر لتقطيع شرائح رفيعة من الجزر طولياً

الخطوة 6يثبت الجزر بعود خلال من المنتصف ثم يوضع في كوب من الماء البارد و يترك مدة ساعتين

يتم ينزع عود الخلال و يتم التزيين بشرائح الجزر

يعتبر الخيار الحلزوني من الأمور المنتشرة كثيرا في تزيين الأطباق و هي طريقة سهلة و تعطي منظرا بديعا للطبق فيمكن توزيعها حول الطعام في صحن التقديم حتى يصبح شكل الطبق مشهياً

الخطوة 1



يوضع الخيار على لوح التقطيع ثم يقطع طرفه المحدب

الخطوة2يقطع الخيار بطول 5 سنتيمتر تقريبا أو بأي طول مراد

الخطوة 3يدخل عود خلال أو سيخ خشب في منتصف الخيار بحيث يكون بارزا من الجهتين

الخطوة 4يتم التقطيع عرضيا حتى يصل السكين إلى السيخ الخشب ثم يلف السكين قليلا مع الحذر بعدم فصل الخيار تماما

طبق الخيار يمكن أن يعتبر من المقبلات أو المشهيات التي يمكن تقديمها في الحفلات الكبيرة أو حتى حفلات الشاي الصغيرة و يمكن أن يحشى الخيار باللبنة أو التونة أو خليط من الأجبان أو السلطات
