تعود لعبة العائلة من جديد ،، وهذه المرة مع إضافة جديدة للعبتها المميزة The Sims 2 ،، وتحمل هذه الإضافة إسم : The Sims 2 : Season وهى تتحدث عن المواسم بمعنى موسم الشتاء والثلج والربيع .. الخ مما يعطي شكلاً جذاباً للعبة .. فتم إضافة سقوط الثلج والشتاء على المنازل والأشخاص الذي تلعب بهم مما إعطى كثير من الجمال والرونق للعبة ،، ليس هذا فقط بل تم إضافة المؤثرات الخاصة بالجو بمعنى إضافة البرق والرعد مثلاً ،، كما أن يمكنك الآن التمتح برياضة التزحلق على الجليد عد سقوط الجليد مما يعطي حماس أكثر للعبة .. ليس هذا فقط ما تحمله اللعبة .. اللعبة تحمل أيضاً كزايا آخرى ومن أهمها الفاكهة .. الفاكهة الأىن أصبح لها موسم هل موسم شتوى أم صيفي !! وهذا شىء متميز للغاية من الشركة المنتجة .. وطبعاً بالتحدث عن الملابس فيمكن التغيير بها على حسب الموسم مثل الفاكهة .. ويمكنك أيضاً صنع تماثيل الثلج .. الخ ، وبشكل عام إضافة ناجحة وساحقة بكل المقاييس تعكطي للعبة جو وطعم آخر ..
